A bright cheerful get-well arrangement designed by Cameron's Flower Shop

If someone you love is in the hospital, the last thing you should be doing is researching florist logistics. Cameron's has standing delivery relationships with every major hospital, hospice and care facility in Waterloo Region. We know the front desks, we know which units accept fresh flowers and which restrict them, and we route the order to the right floor on the same day.

Tell us the recipient's name, the facility, and the unit if you know it. We'll call the floor, confirm they can receive flowers, and deliver — usually within two to four hours of your order. Our drivers carry hand-sanitiser, leave the wrapping at the desk, and place the arrangement directly on the patient's table whenever the staff allow it.

For families calling from out of province or out of country: we have done this thousands of times. We will keep you informed by phone or email until the flowers are delivered.

What customers said

My sister was admitted at Grand River and I live in Calgary. Cameron's took the order, asked which unit, asked if she had allergies, called the floor to confirm she could receive flowers, and delivered the same afternoon. They thought of things I didn't.

Hospital delivery — Grand River Hospital

My aunt is at Sunnyside. Cameron's knew the facility, knew the front desk, and made sure she got the flowers in her room within hours. Their relationship with these places is real, not marketing.

Frequently asked

Can you deliver to Grand River Hospital today?
Yes. Order before 1:00 pm and we will deliver to Grand River Hospital — both the King Street campus and the Freeport campus in Waterloo — on our same-day route. We will call the floor before delivery to confirm the patient is on-site and able to receive flowers.
Are flowers allowed in every hospital unit?
No. Most ICU, oncology, transplant and palliative care units restrict fresh flowers due to immunocompromised patients. If we discover a restriction, we will call you before delivery and recommend an alternative — often a dish garden, plush, or balloon arrangement that is permitted on the unit.
Will the recipient receive a card?
Yes. Every arrangement is delivered with a hand-written enclosure card. Tell us what you would like the card to say when you place the order.
How fast can you deliver?
Most hospital orders placed before 1:00 pm are delivered the same afternoon — usually within two to four hours. Orders placed before 10:00 am can be delivered before noon when the unit allows. We will give you an honest delivery window when we take the order.
Do you offer scent-free or low-allergen arrangements?
Yes. Tell us when you call. Lower-pollen options include alstroemeria, chrysanthemums, succulents, orchids and dish gardens. We avoid high-fragrance flowers like lilies and stargazer when requested.

Tell us where they are. We'll get the flowers there today.

Phone is fastest for same-day hospital deliveries. Or use the form to send us the recipient's name, the facility, and a card message — we'll call the floor and confirm before we dispatch.
