Frequently asked
- Can you deliver to Grand River Hospital today?
- Yes. Order before 1:00 pm and we will deliver to Grand River Hospital — both the King Street campus and the Freeport campus in Waterloo — on our same-day route. We will call the floor before delivery to confirm the patient is on-site and able to receive flowers.
- Are flowers allowed in every hospital unit?
- No. Most ICU, oncology, transplant and palliative care units restrict fresh flowers due to immunocompromised patients. If we discover a restriction, we will call you before delivery and recommend an alternative — often a dish garden, plush, or balloon arrangement that is permitted on the unit.
- Will the recipient receive a card?
- Yes. Every arrangement is delivered with a hand-written enclosure card. Tell us what you would like the card to say when you place the order.
- How fast can you deliver?
- Most hospital orders placed before 1:00 pm are delivered the same afternoon — usually within two to four hours. Orders placed before 10:00 am can be delivered before noon when the unit allows. We will give you an honest delivery window when we take the order.
- Do you offer scent-free or low-allergen arrangements?
- Yes. Tell us when you call. Lower-pollen options include alstroemeria, chrysanthemums, succulents, orchids and dish gardens. We avoid high-fragrance flowers like lilies and stargazer when requested.
