Sympathy is the most important work we do. For 70 years Cameron's has been the florist that funeral directors, families and clergy call when an arrangement has to be exactly right and the room is already full of grief. We know the protocol at every funeral home in the region, we know which side door to use at every hospice, and we move quietly.

Every sympathy piece is designed in our shop on Belmont Avenue West, then delivered by a Cameron's driver. We are never late to a wake. We never upsell a grieving family. We always confirm the family is ready to receive the arrangement before we walk it in.

Can you deliver a casket spray for a service tomorrow?
Yes. Order before 5:00 pm the day before the service for delivery before the family viewing. For same-day services, call us before 11:00 am at (519) 743-3684 — we have built same-day casket sprays many times.
Do you know the protocols at the local funeral homes?
Yes. We deliver weekly to every funeral home in Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, New Hamburg and Elmira. We know each home's preferred delivery door, the family-room placement, and the directors by name.
What is the difference between a casket spray, standing spray and sympathy arrangement?
A casket spray sits on the casket itself, ordered by the immediate family. A standing spray is an easel-mounted arrangement positioned beside the casket, usually ordered by close family or organisations. A sympathy arrangement is a vase or basket sent to the funeral home or directly to the family's home — appropriate from extended family, friends, colleagues and neighbours.
Do you accept religious or cultural requirements?
Always. We work regularly with Catholic, Anglican, Jewish, Muslim, Hindu, Buddhist and Mennonite services across the region, and we will follow the family's religious or cultural guidance on colour, flower type and placement.
Can flowers be sent to a private home instead of the funeral home?
Yes. For-the-home arrangements are a thoughtful gesture in the days after a service. We deliver to the family's home with a quiet hand-off and a phone call before we arrive.
