A family-owned florist on Belmont Avenue West.
Cameron's has been designing flowers in Kitchener for over 70 years. We are still in the same neighbourhood, still owned by the same family, and still designing every arrangement by hand.
A shop the city grew up with.
Cameron's opened in Kitchener since the mid-1950s, and we have been on Belmont Avenue West for as long as anyone we know can remember. The shop is small enough that the designer who picks up the phone is the designer who builds your arrangement, and large enough that we can ship one hundred funeral pieces and a wedding in the same week without dropping a stem.
We are a family business. That word gets used a lot in our industry. For us, it means our designers stay for decades, our drivers know the front desks at the local hospitals by name, and our seasonal grower partners trust us with the first cut of the year. It is also why we still answer the phone in person.
The Kitchener-Waterloo region has changed dramatically in seven decades. The flower shop has not. We are still here for the same reason we have always been here: to make the moments people remember a little more beautiful, and to be useful when the moment is hard.

Our seasonal subscription is built from local Ontario growers we know by name. When the weather lets us source local, we always do.
Designed by hand, not assembled.
Every arrangement leaves our shop after a designer has touched it. There is no warehouse pack-and-ship pipeline. There never has been.
We treat the recipient like a person.
Three delivery windows, a phone call before we knock, and care for the room we are walking into — sympathy, hospice, hospital, home, office, wedding venue.
Sympathy is sacred.
Funeral and hospice work is the most important thing we do. We move quietly, we never upsell a grieving family, and we make sure the family sees the arrangement before the room fills.
A short timeline.
Mid-1950s
Cameron's opens its doors in Kitchener. Same neighbourhood, same family.
1970s–1990s
We grow a wedding and event practice in Waterloo Region, and become a regular at every major venue from Saint Jacobs to Cambridge.
2000s
Cameron's becomes the go-to sympathy florist for the local funeral homes — Henry Walser, Ratz-Bechtel, Erb & Good, Schreiter-Sandrock.
2010s
Standing delivery relationships are formed with 50+ named hospitals, hospices and care facilities across Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge and Guelph.
Today
Three generations of designers. 1,194 five-star reviews. The largest selection of locally grown flowers in Kitchener every spring.
