- How does the subscription work?
- You select the delivery address and the date in the month you want flowers to arrive. We design and deliver one fresh arrangement each month from May through September — five total deliveries, five different bouquets, all using locally grown Ontario flowers.
- How is the subscription priced?
- The subscription is a flat per-month price billed once at signup. Call us to confirm current pricing and to set up the delivery — we keep the subscription quiet because we cap it at the number of subscribers our growers can support.
- What happens if my recipient is away on a delivery date?
- Tell us when you sign up or any time before a delivery and we will move it to a date that works. We always call the recipient on delivery day to make sure someone is home.
- Why only May through September?
- Because that is when our local growers are in season. We could ship imported flowers year-round, but the subscription was built specifically to celebrate the regional growing season — and the regional flowers really are dramatically better than imported alternatives during these months.
- Can I add a card or gift note?
- Yes. Each delivery comes with a hand-written card. Tell us what you would like written on each month's card when you sign up — most gift-givers write a different short note for each month.
